Saskatoon Berry

 A shrub with small pink and purples edible berry-like fruit. Native to North America across most of western Canada and in the western & north-central United States. Saskatoon Berries are much like blueberries, though they are more closely related to the apple family. Many would describe the taste of Saskatoon Berry as having a sweet, nutty almond flavour. They are also high in Fiber, Protein and Antioxidants.
